800g minced meat
100g jalapeno slices
150g soft cheese
1,5 teaspoons salt
1,5 teaspoons pepper

Step 1: Preparation
Cut the jalapeno slices in small pieces and put them to the meat. Scatter salt & pepper to it and mix everything together. Shape it on an kitchen pad and poke out some burger pattys out of something bigger than the bun. Lay piece soft cheese on one patty and top it with another patty. Mould it and close the edges. Fry the stuffed Patty on both sides in a hot pan with a bit oil.
Step 2: Finish
Prepare a burger bun with salad and sauces. When the hot stuffed burger patty looks good place it and enjoy. Look at my other work.
