Step 1: Get Fresh Zucchini From the Garden
Get fresh Zucchini from the garden and cut into slices 1/8 inch (6mm) thick.
Step 2: Put in Frying Pan With Melted Butter
Put slices in frying pan that has just been used to fry bacon. Add some butter to the bacon grease for flavor. Put burner on medium heat and turn every five minutes with spatula.
Step 3: After Ten Minutes Sprinkle With Garlic Salt and a Bit of Cayenne Pepper
After ten minutes sprinkle with a pinch of garlic salt and Cayenne Pepper. The amount of Cayenne Pepper depends on how hot you like them. Still turn them every five minutes to let the butter infuse into the fries.
Step 4: Take Fries Off Pan and Put Them on Napkin
After half an hour of gentle frying, the chips should be ready. Take them off the frying pan and put them on a napkin on a plate. Eat and enjoy but have a glass of water nearby as they are very hot!
