Toast bread (in oven or toaster Oven) with butter with added seasoning (garlic ** Salt).  Add cheese till crip add fresh goodness (greens **^Romaine , Rocket&aruglula, **) as well avo gorgeous avacoado slices. (ripe is softer.) Wait for flava.  Add sauteed chicken ( bits cook quicker and more thourough for those scared of the wok.  Clean cutting boards **&^% Sanitize cutting boards.... I used Barbeque. Worth a shot
