-Normally we all have corn flakes with milk.Want some spicy ,crunchy and nutritious recipe with corn flakes?
Then you all have to try this.This is one of the favourite snack for my hubby.
-You can use your own imagination to add your favourite nuts and seeds.
-Nuts(peanuts,gram dal, almonds or cashews)
-sunflower seeds or pumpkin seeds
-Any cooking oil
-Red chilli powder

Step 1: Procedure:
-Take a wide vessel and add few tsp oil to it.
-when oil is heated add sunflower seeds,roasted dal(optional),peanuts and curry leaves
- Roast for few minutes.
Step 2: Add Remaining Nuts:
-Add almonds,raisins and stir
Step 3: Add Spices:
-Now add your favourite spices redchilli powder,coriander powder and salt and give a mix.
Step 4: Add Cornflakes:
-On low flame add corn flakes and mix everything so that spices are blended with corn flakes.
-Enjoy crispy corn flakes with some tea.
