This is a delicious snack or can even be a full meal! I love making this while I'm working because it's quick, easy, and gives me a crazy energy boost plus strength to work for hours!

Step 1: Gather Your Materials!
Things you will need:
2-3 cups spinach mix
1 cup strawberries
1 cup low-fat blueberry yogurt
1/3 cup protein powder
1/4 cup dry oatmeal
3 cups fat free skim milk
Step 2: Combine and Blend!
Combine your ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add ice for thicker consistency and more milk to thin it out.
Step 3: Serve and Enjoy!
Make sure you leave some for your hungry friends! This is the perfect snck for weight loss or before and/or after exercise! ENJOY!
