How to Change and Clean Longboard Bearings

First you will need a longboard and a wrench and a paper towel. First loosen the wheels and remove nut and washer. After that you put the bearing on the trucks and wiggle it off after it falls off remove other bearings as well.then you get the paper towel and wipe it off and on the bearings it self. After you.clean the bearings you put the washer on the trucks the you put one bearing with the red part u put towards the inside of the bearing and then you put the bearing on the outside of it. Then you put another bearing facing the same way. Then you push really hard until the bearing pops it then you do the same with the other side and your done!
