Step 1: Getting Prepared

Make sure you have got a book/paper, a pencil and an eraser just in case. Start off by drawing two light circles.

Step 2: Beginning

Next draw a slightly curved line at the top of both circle.

Step 3: Top Eyelashes

Now draw another line slightly above the old one on an angle. Now just spike up the edges and fill it in black.

Step 4: Shaping the Eye

Now you have to make sure the arrows (as shown) go down not to skinny and not to fat it has to be just right!

Step 5: Bottom Eyelash

Erase the arrows and as much as you can of the first Circle. Make sure that the bottom eyelash not to far down the old arrows.

Step 6: The Eye

For the actual eye draw a circle in between the two eyelashes than draw a oval in it and colour it black.

Step 7: Shading

For the shading of the eye it's pretty simple you just have to shade dark at the top and get lighter as you go down.

Step 8: Eyebrow

The eyebrow shows most of the emotion so it's important to get it right. The eyebrows aren't to hard though the ones above show this character is not completely sure if it is happy or not.

Step 9: Finish

Once you have completed one eye try the other (I find it easier to do them both together though) remember to experiment with the eyes and see what you can create!!!
