Step 1: 1
First off, brush your hair until all tangles are out.
Step 2: Step 2
Grab your bangs from one side of your head. Now, divide that section of hair into 3 even pieces. Make sure you pull that section of hair towards the back of your head.
Step 3: Step 3
After that, start a regular braid. To do this, all you need to do is take the bottom piece over the middle piece, then take the top piece over the middle piece. Excuse my frizzy hair please..
Step 4: Step 4
Now, you need to focus on the bottom piece. You need to incorporate or add a strand of hair into the bottom piece. Unlike a regular french braid, the bottom piece will be the only piece that you add hair too. After you have incorporated hair to the bottom strand, cross it over the middle strand.
Step 5: Step 5
The next step requires you too: take the top piece (do NOT incorporate hair to the top piece) and cross it over the middle piece.
Step 6: Step 6
Finally, reapeat these steps until you get the braid to the length you desire. When you are done, secure your braid with 2 bobby pins. Some hair types may require Atleast 4 bobby pins.
