Don't you hate it when after exercise or a sports practice, or something your muscles get so sore it hurts to move? Well in this instructable I will show you how to make a home remedie to help with your sore aching muscles.

Step 1: Gather Your Matetials

The first step to creating this home remedie is to gather what you will need You will need some apple cider vinegar, measuring spoons, and optional water and honey

Step 2: Using the Vinegar

There are several ways to use it. To help your muscles you should take one to two table spoons of apple cider vinegar you can drink it or rub it on the sore spot, if you are going to drink it I would recommend mixing it in with water or a beverage. If you put it in water you could mix some honey in there to.
