This is a fun and surprisingly easy craft. It is calming and you can make them for your kids stuffed animals too! It is not very expensive at all, in fact I only spent about $6.00 total!!!

Step 1: Things You'll Need

•Elastic
•Tulle
•Needle
•Thread
•Creativity

Step 2: Making the Tutu

Step 1 measure the waist once you have done that take off 1-2 inches. Sew together both sides of the elastic. Then, slide the sewn elastic around an object so that you can slip-knot it easier. To slip-knot you must fold the tulle in 1/2. Then, slip it underneath the elastic. Pull the ends through the U you have created. Keep slip-knotting until you have the desired fullness.
