Check out the printable recipe here: http://vegetarianbaker.com/vegan-eggnog/

Eggnog is a sweetened dairy-based beverage traditionally enjoyed around Thanksgiving and Christmas. It is made with milk and/or cream, sugar, and whipped eggs. It is often spiked with rum or brandy and has the flavors of nutmeg and cinnamon. However, it isn't vegan friendly. Vitamix shared with me a recipe for Vegan Eggnog that is frothy and delicious. I know that you all are going to enjoy this one. Now Vegans can join in on the holiday toasts. Sounds delish, but maybe call is NonEggNog? Also, I think I would add an ice cube or 2 to the blender mix, to give it a bit more body?
