This Instructable will show you how to make a house in minecraft. In this example we are making the house out of TNT. You can make yours with any block you want, even a mix! You should make sure you are on creative mode. You can also do this on survival mode, but for now we will be using creative mode. You can make the house out of any block, even TNT (dynamite)! You will need:
Minecraft (Duh!) (In creative or survival mode)
The block you want to make the house out of
Stuff to put inside (Like glow stone or a torch for light, a chest to put stuff in, a jukebox, ext. Do NOT use a torch for light if the house is made of TNT, like in the main picture!! The fire will make it explode! You do not need anything to light it if the house is made out of glow stone, however.)
Something to play minecraft on (Again, Duh!)
Flat Space to build the house on (Superflat-type world recomended, but not needed.)
Time
Hands to hold the mouse and to use the keyboard (Once more, Duh!)

Step 1: Make Your Building Space

First, you should make your building space, by breaking the blocks in the ground in whatever shape you want your house, as big as you want it. It HAS to be only one layer down! (You can make it more, but I don't recommend it.)

Step 2: Fill Your Building Space to Make the Floor

Now , you want to fill the building space, to make a floor. You have to fill it to ground level so it is easy to get in and out of your house.

Step 3: Make the Walls

Now, you want to make the walls, by making layers on top of each other, but DON'T fill the inside. you can do this as many times as you want, to make the walls as high as you want them.

Step 4: Add the Roof

Next, cover the top of the house to make the roof. Before closing the roof, put a light source in the house, so when you close the roof, it's not pitch black.

Step 5: Add a Door Hole

Now it's time to add a Door Hole! Break an at least two block high hole in one of the walls in your house, starting from the ground up.

Step 6: Add a Door

Time to add a Door! Go outside of the house and place the door on the block right in front or the door hole. The Door does not have to be an iron door, it can be wooden. Sadly, I don't know how to make an open able door, someone else has to teach you, and me how to do that. Sorry about that.
