How To- Shadowhunter Painted Shoes

Another shoe painting!!!! I did the coloring for the shoe from the rhyme: “Black for hunting through the night For death and sorrow, the color’s white Gold for a bride in her wedding gown, And red to call enchantment down.” Enjoy!!

Step 1: Materials

1. Paints: gold, black, white and red 2. Paintbrushes 3. Water 4. Paper towel 5. Plate 6. Hair dryer to dry paint

Step 2: Black for Hunting Through the Night

Paint the whole toe of the shoe black, then add a few shadowhunter runes! Woot woot! I used the angelic rune, love rune, and speed rune for the toe

Step 3: Gold for a Bride in Her Wedding Gown

Paint the sides of the shoe gold, leaving the heel alone. Again add a few runes of your choice. I did the wedded union, healing, precision, stamina, soundless, fearless, block, fortitude, equilibrium, and strength.

Step 4: Red to Call Enchantment Down

Paint the heal of the shoe red! I only did 4 runes here. Clairvoyant sight, insight, speak in tongues, and agility

Step 5: For Death and Sorrow the Colors White

I painted the tongue of the shoe white with the mourning rune.

Step 6: Tada!!!
