in this video I show you how I built our new pastry board to knead pasta,pizza and bread. For the construction I used beech wood scraps, certified glue for food use and vaseline oil for oenological use. I also enclose the link to the construction video posted on Youtube.

Step 1: Prepare the Base
We start preparing the base by gluing together the beech boards.
Step 2: Sanding Board
After twenty-four hours of waiting for the glue to dry, we begin by sanding the board very well, finishing with wire wool.
Step 3: FInishing the Pastry Board Winth Vaseline Oil
and as the last step after having sanded the table we spread very well at least two very abundant layers of vaseline oil for oenological use waiting for at least one night between one layer and another so that they are very well absorbed by the wood
Step 4: FInish
This is the final result.
