In Today's video we are taking a look at How easy and simple it is to clean your camera or camera lens using a cleaning kit . I was very surprised how easy and convenient it is to have everything in one package, from micro fiber cloths to brushes to special lens cleaning tissue. We specially liked the cleaning pen , it has a little sponge made of carbon that does a great job getting your lens super clean.

Step 1: Step 1: Blow Particles Off

The first thing we want to do is Using the blower in your kit, blow the most particles off the lens or camera. The key is to tilt your lens or camera facing down meanwhile doing this, so the particles can fall downward and not inward.

Step 2: Step 2: Brush the Dust and Grime

Now that we have blown off the most particles off the camera or lens, we want to try to remove the stuck on dust or grime with the stand alone brush. Remember we want to do this gently. We want to make sure we get every surface of the lens and camera, if you using a zoom lens place your lens in manual mode and zoom in and out to get every nook and cranny, you can also do this for the focal movement as well.

Step 3: Step 3: Carbon Sponge

Now that we have removed the most particles or dust as possible , now we are going to use the carbon brush/ sponge. to gentle pass all around the surface of the lens crystal. Remember we only want to use this pen to clean the lens crystal and nothing more.

Step 4: Step 4: Cleaning Tissue

Now our goal is to remove all the carbon that has been deposited on the lens via the pen. The carbon and the tissue are going to clean any stuck on grime, dust or particles. Using the tissue we want to get every part of the lens crystal, if you notice you need more than one tissue you can use more.

Step 5: Step 5: Brush Any Residue

Now we are at the end of the road, now we cap off our pen, and flip it over to the brush side, and brush off any carbon residue that the tissue has not removed.

Step 6: Final Step:Cleaning Lcd Screen and View Finder

Now we can finally clean the LCD screen and view finder. And we do that by taking our micro fiber cloth provided, and spraying 3 times of the cleaning solution on it in one of the corners. Now we can proceed on cleaning the screen and view finder with the wet part of the cloth, once we do that now we can dry it off with the dry part of the cloth. Once you do that, you are done. Enjoy! your camera and lens.
