This Mac and Cheese is simple but tasty, perfect for a quick workplace lunch or a late night snack.

Step 1: First, You’ll Need a Mug.

Next, add ½ cup of macaroni.

Followed by half a cup of water.

Step 2: Place in the Microwave and Cook for 3 Minutes.

Depending on the strength of you microwaves it may only take 2 and half minutes.

The Macaroni should be about 70% cooked at this stage.

Step 3: Next, Season With Salt.

Half a teaspoon of paprika, your choice if you want hot or sweet.

Then half a teaspoon of mustard powder.

Follow this with a splash of milk.

Mix the spices and macaroni in the milk.

Step 4: Now Add in Small Amounts ½ a Cup of Grated Cheddar Cheese.

Mix it through bit by bit.

Finally, season with pepper and mix through.

Step 5: Place in the Microwave and Cook for a Final 30 Seconds.

Step 6: Give the Mac and Cheese a Final Mix Before Garnishing With Some Fresh Chive.
