This is a perfect finger food for parties and the best part it’s only got four ingredients making it incredibly easy to make.
- Black Pepper

Step 1: Start by Laying the Strips of Prosciutto Across Each Other
Until you have something that looks like this.
You could use bacon but I find the flavour of the prosciutto suits the camembert much better.
Next rip up a few leaves of fresh sage and lay them out in the middle. The sage will add a beautiful hint of flavour to the cheese.
Season with a small amount of freshly ground black pepper.
Step 2: Place the Wheel of Camembert in the Centre.
Fold up the ends of each slice of prosciutto.
Take the remaining pieces and cover any areas that have been left exposed.
This is the bottom of the camembert, so a think layer will help while it’s cooking.
Step 3: Setup Your BBQ Indirect
I added some cherry wood.
The BBQ was sitting at around a temp of 300f or 150c.
Cover with the lid and cook for 25 or until the prosciutto has brown and you can feel the cheese has become gooey.
