Step 1: First We Need to Make the Tandoori Sauce.

In a bowl add:

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 Tbsp ginger
  • 1 Tbsp powder
  • 1/2 Tbsp salt
  • 1/2 Tbsp black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tsp Garam-masla
  • 1 Tbsp cumin
  • 1 Tsp coriander powder
  • 1 Tbsp sweet paprika

Step 2: Finally, the Juice of Half a Lime.

Mix together.

his is the sauce done! You can use this sauce to make tandoori chicken.

Step 3: Deep Fry Your Fries at 350f or 170c, for a Recipe Like This I Normally Use Frozen Fries.

Drain the fries before seasoning with salt, I’m using an Aussie Favourite Chicken Salt.

Step 4: All That’s Left to Do Is Serve It Up!

Place the fries on a plate and then top with the tandoori sauce.

Finish it off by sprinkling over some grated coconut for some sweetness.

Step 5: There You Have It! Tandoori Fires!

These are so damn delicious; I know at first it seems crazy but it is a recipe worth giving a go.
