This is a fantastic shared breakfast and really easy to make.

Step 1: To Start, You’ll Need a Long Bread Roll.

Cook off the top.

Next, cut around the edge and down the centre.

This will make it easy to pull out the middle of the bread.

Keep for bread crumbs.

Step 2: Next You’ll Need a Bowl.

Crack three eggs into the bowl. If you have a large roll, you may need a few more eggs.

Then add a ¼ of a cup of cream.

Whisk the eggs and cream together.

Then add ½ a cup of grated cheddar cheese.

Some fresh parsley.

One diced clove of garlic.

Followed by 8 or 10 cherry tomatoes that have been cut in half.

Then a teaspoon of dried thyme and a teaspoon of dried oregano.

Some fresh chives.

Mix it all together.

Step 3: Pour the Mixture Into the Bread Roll.

Make sure to evenly spread out the cherry tomatoes.

Season with salt and black pepper.

This ready to be cooked.

Step 4: Have the BBQ or Oven Sitting at About 355f or 180c.

Cover with the lid and cook for 15 to 20 minutes.

Make sure to rotate half way through to make sure it evenly cooks.

Step 5: This Is Looking Beautiful!

Step 6: There You Have It! a Cheesy Breakfast Boat.

This is an amazing simple recipe that is perfect for a share breakfast.

One suggestion: when posting recipes, have the list of ALL ingredients needed at the beginning. As it is now, you have ingredients noted in three or four different places throughout your Instructable.

This looks YUMMY, and I’m definitely going to try it...

    Cooked in an oven? Absolutely!

For all practical purposes, a Weber, or just about any grill with a lid is an oven.

Some people love cooking just about any and every thing on an outdoor grill.
