Step 1: First Chop Three to Four Pieces of Eye Bacon.
First, chop three to four pieces of eye bacon.
Next, cut one side of a red bell pepper into small cubes.
Then do the same with a green bell pepper.
The bell peppers give the omelette some great colours.
Finally, grate some cheese.
Next, you’ll need a mug.
Step 2: Crack Two Eggs Into the Mug.
Then add the bell peppers.
The bacon and the grated cheese.
Step 3: Finally, a Splash of Cream for Richness.
Using a fork mix it all together.
Make sure to get the fork down the bottom first to break up the egg York.
Season with pepper and salt.
Mix through until everything is fully combined.
Step 4: Place in the Microwave and Cook for 2 Minutes and 40 Seconds.
If you have a lower power microwave you may have to set it to 3 minutes.
Once it's finished remove from the microwave and let sit to cool for a 1 minute while you pour yourself a coffee.
Step 5: There You Have It! Omelette in a Mug.
