There's nothing more frustrating than trying to cut perfect pieces that are bite size. Chances are the kids are going to go after the watermelon before you can get it into the fridge so by knowing how to cut the perfect pieces you'll save tons of time in the kitchen.

Lay the watermelon on a large cutting board.
Cut the watermelon into quarters.
Using a large knife cut open the watermelon in half and then cut each half in half again to make your quarters.
