Introduction: How to Hit a Tight Waist Tilt

In this instructable I will be showing the steps to perform a tight waist tilt. a tight waist tilt is a wrestling move to earn back point or a possible pin.

Step 1: Referees Postition for Bottom Man

First the bottom man should be seting up in referees position

Step 2: Referees Position for Top Man

Next, the top man should get in his referees position.

Step 3:

what ever side that you are on take the opposite hand and go across the opponents back and place it in the stomach above the belly button area.

Step 4:

next place the free hand on the elbow the adjacent side and wait on the whistle.

Step 5: Tight Waist Wrernch

the next step is to get a good tight waist. Take the hand that is on the on the elbow and reach across the stomach and grab the side really tight. and wrench it. Its like your arm is the wrench and his body is the screw.

Step 6: Switch Sides

once you have wrenched the stomach hop sides when you do it while keeping the tight waist.

Step 7: Chop

next near the elbow chop the arm down that on the side that you are on now with your other aand don't let go of it and while keeping a tight waist.

Step 8:

keep every thing tight

Step 9: Tilt

force pressure forward and tilt your opponent to his back.

Step 10:

keep every thing tight

Step 11: Mountian

mountain your knee your opponents side. this is making a triangle using you leg and the ground to hold the opponent so that he cant turn over. and keep him there for five seconds or pin.

Step 12: Full Motion
