Intro: How to Make Chocolate Fruit Cake
Today i'll be teaching you on how to make a chocolate fruit cake when you taste it you're mouth will be watering for more!
Step 1: Gather the Ingredients and Materials
The ingredients you'll need are a box of cake mix, bag of milk, egg carton, oil, a small bag of chocolate chips, and finally a can of fruit cocktail. The materials you'll need are a tin foil tray, a pair of scissors, a mixing bowl, a hand blender, a measuring cup, an oven, oven mittens for safety precaution just in case you don't hurt yourself and last a can opener.
Servings: 1-10 people
Step 2: Cake Paste
Before you do anything first preheat the oven to 350F so that it's ready to bake later on. After that, grab your mixing bowl and empty the cake mix inside it. Make sure you use all of it.
Step 3: Egg,Milk,Oil
Next grab your measuring cup and fill it with 250mL of milk and empty it into the mixing bowl.Then grab the carton of eggs, and crack 3. You can crack eggs by lightly banging it on something and it should open in half. Place the eggs in the bowl and then put 85mL of oil in the measuring cup, then into the bowl.
Step 4: Mix
After you have everything in the bowl you use your hand blender out it on high mode. And blend for about 3 minutes. You'll stop when you see a light brown thick type of paste.
Step 5: Tray
Now that we have our cake paste we need to actually bake the cake. So next you grab your tinfoil tray and put a little bit of oil on it by little about 10mL. We put oil so that int the end when it's done the cake, doesn't stick to the tray.
Step 6: Layers
Then scoop out every little last bit of cake paste and place in the tray, this will be the first layer.
Step 7: Fruits
For your second layer, you'll put fruits in to get an outstanding taste. So use your can opener and open the can then place all the fruits spread out on top of the cake paste.
Step 8: Final Layer
After, you place one more final layer of cake paste to finish it off.
Step 9: Baking
Now you're almost done, wear your oven mittens and place the cake in the oven for about 30 minutes and watch it turn into a crispy delicious cake.
Step 10: White Chocolate
Now this step is optional but you can put pieces of white chocolate on top of it to top it off and give it another taste I recommend you do. So after you put the chocolates all around the cake you place it into the oven one more time for 10 minutes.
Step 11: Enjoy!
