Coca Cola Soda Cooler Dispenser Fountain Machine is a portable device which works as cooler to cool down the temperature of Coca cola Soda drinks and this cold drinks can be dispensed through a Tap. This Device Can be used as Portable water cooler dispenser machine as well as small Freezer / Refrigerator.

So Lets Start!!!

Step 1: What Is Coca Cola Soda Cooler Dispenser Fountain Machine?

Coca Cola Soda Cooler Dispenser Fountain Machine is a portable device which works as cooler to cool down the temperature of Coca cola Soda drinks and this cold drinks can be dispensed through a Tap.

This Device Can be used as Portable water cooler dispenser machine as well as small Freezer / Refrigerator.

So Lets Start!!!


Step 2: Preparing the Dispenser Container?

Parts Required:

  • Plastic Cylindrical Container
  • Dispenser Tap
  • Aluminium Heat Sink

Take a cylindrical container which you wish to make as dispenser container, we choose plastic based because its easy to cut and reshape it. Now measure the required space on bottom of the cylindrical container which heat sink will acquire and cut the shape accordingly. Now cut a circular shape as per required Dispenser Tap diameter on the Face of the Cylindrical container.

Step 3: Fitting the Dispenser Tap?

You can take any water dispenser Tap with thread screws on it, make sure you have made a cut in the dispenser container as per the diameter of the Tap's Threaded Screw. Now screw the Tap in the slot made for it in the Dispenser Container. Screw should be made as tight as possible or our Coca Cola/Soda/Water may leak from this loose space.

Step 4: Fitting the Cooling Part?

Parts Required:

  • Heat Sink

  • Thermo electric Peltier Module (Tec1-12715)

Take the heat sink whose shape was cut on bottom of the cylindrical container and fit/place the heat sink in its desired place properly inside the container. Use Epoxy Compound to stick the heat sink with the cylindrical container and leave it to dry for 8-10 hours, make sure Epoxy compound is placed properly or our Coca Cola/Soda/Water may leak from the gap left. Apply some Thermal Grease on the flat surface of the heat sink and place our cooling module i.e Thermoelectric Peltier Cooler Module (TEC1-12715), Note the printed side of the TEC1-12715 should be placed towards the Thermal grease/Container Side.

Step 5: Fitting the CPU Heat Radiator to Dissipate Heat?

Parts Required:

  • CPU Radiator / Heat Sink
  • Two +12V DC Fan
  • Nuts

Now apply some Thermal Grease on top of the Peltier TEC1-12715 Module and place the CPU Heat Radiator/ Heat Sink on it. Screw it tightly in place with Nuts. Take Two +12 Volt Dc Fan and mount on sides of CPU Radiator which will suck all heat from radiator and will cool down.

Step 6: Wire Connections?

Now Solder all RED (Positive) Wires of Peltier and DC Fans to make a common Positive terminal, Similarly Solder all Black (Negative) Wires of Peltier and DC Fans to make a common Negative Terminal. These Positive and Negative Therminal will be used to Supply Current to our Cooler Machine. Connect These Terminals to +12Volt SMPS Power Supply OR +12Volt Battery especially Preferable Car Battery.

Step 7: Add Coca Cola Soda in the Dispenser

Add Coca Cola Soda in the Dispenser as per your requirement, more Coca Cola Soda you add more time it will take to cool down the drink.

Step 8: Yeppiee!!! Our Coca Cola Soda Cooler Dispenser Machine Is Ready!!!

Finally Power Up Your Coca Cola Soda Cooler Dispenser Machine and enjoy your Chilled Drinks!!!

Note: This Device Can be used as Portable water cooler dispenser machine as well as small Freezer / Refrigerator.

To Use it as small Freezer / Refrigerator empty the whole dispenser container and place any stuff you would like to Chill//Refrigerate it!!!

    Are you sure this setup would be food safe? Wouldnt it be better to have a second layer inside and have water between the layers that chills intern chilling the inside?

    Respected Sir/Madam, Yes its 100% safe, do u have query using plastic container? if so don't worry, plastic don't react with other substance at all when cold, whereas i don't advise to use plastic for appllication where heating/warm is involved. You can still place inner layer of thermocol inside which will increase the cooling efficiency or change the whole container to steel or aluminium.
