How to Make Inverter Using Relay

Hii friend,

Today I am going to make an Inverter circuit using 12V Relay.

Step 1: Take All Parts As Shown Below

Materials required -

(1.) LED Bulb - 220V x1

(2.) Input power supply -12V DC / (12V Battery)

(3.) Transformer - 12-0-12 x1

(4.) Relay - 12V

Step 2: Connect All Parts As Circuit Diagram

This is the circuit diagram of this inverter.Connect all components according to circuit diagram.

Step 3: Connect Normally Close (NC) Pin to Coil-1 Pin of the Relay

Firstly we have to short two pins of Relay.

Solder Normally close (NC) Pin to Coil-1 pin of the Relay as solder in the picture.

Step 4: Connect 0 Wire of the Transformer

Next solder 0 Wire of Transformer to coil-2 pin of the Relay as you can see in the picture.

Step 5: Connect 12 Wires of Transformer

Next solder one 12-wire of transformer to NO pin of the Relay

And solder another 12-pin of the transformer to NC/Coil-1 pin of the Relay as you can see in the picture.

Step 6: Connect LED Bulb to the Transformer

Next we have to solder LED Bulb to the output of the Transformer as shown in the picture.

Step 7: Now Give Power Supply

Now we have to give input power supply to the circuit.

Connect +ve input power supply wire to the common pin of Relay and

Solder -ve input power supply wire to the NO pin of the Relay as you can see in the picture.

Result - LED will start glowing.

Like this we can make 12V Relay to Inverter.
