How to Make Japanese Style BBQ at Home

Japanese style barbecue must be perfect to enjoy yourself or entertain your friends.

Here is an instructable to help you make your Japanese style barbecue experience even more delicious and enjoyable at home.



- chicken + green onion

- bacon + Camembert cheese

- steak (sirloin, rib-eye)

- streaky pork + shallot

- streaky pork + flammulina velutipes

- prawn

- mushrooms

- okra


- salt

- black pepper

- BBQ sauce

Step 1: Prepping the Chicken

Bone the chicken thigh from chicken drumstick and cut into pieces.

Add your chicken boneless on skewers with green onion.

Step 2: Prepping the Bacon

Cut the Camembert cheese into pieces.

Wrap the bacon over the cheese piece and tie them with double strings.

Step 3: Prepping the Steak

Prepping some steak (sirloin, rib-eye).

Cut them into pieces and tie them with string.

Step 4: Prepping the Streaky Pork With Shallot

Wrap the streaky port sheet over the shallot and cut them into pieces.

Tie them with string.

Step 5: Prepping the Streaky Pork With Flammulina Velutipes

Wrap the streaky port sheet over the shallot and cut them into halves.

Tie them with string.

Step 6: BBQ Meats

Put the chicken, steak, pork on the grill.

Light the grill and start BBQ.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and brush lightly with sauce.

Turn over and over to serve them grilled

The pork is first grilled.

It will take more time for the steak and chicken.

Step 7: BBQ Vegetables

Put the vegetables on the grill.

Sprinkle with salt and pepper and brush lightly with sauce.

Barbecue the vegetables until tender.

Step 8: Enjoy

Now you can enjoy your dish with some drink or beer.
