Step 2: Make the Crust

  1. Crush the 35 Oreo cookies in a gallon freezer bag with a rolling pin
TIP: Cover the freezer bag with a hand towel so the bag doesn't break
  2. Melt the 6 T of butter completely in the microwave in a small bowl
WARNING: The dish will be hot when you take it out of the microwave
  3. Combine the crushed cookies and butter in the 9x13 pan

  4. Cover the entire bottom of the ban with cookie/butter mixture

  5. Refrigerate the crust for 15 minutes

Step 3: Make the First Layer

  1. Beat cream cheese, 2 T milk, and sugar in a large bowl until smooth

WARNING: The cheese grater can have sharp edges. Be sure to keep fingers clear of the path of the grate

  4. ENJOY!

Once the chocolate shavings are on the dessert, you are finished! Use a spatula to serve the dessert. The spatula will probably smear some of the layers together on the outside, but you should be able to tell there are three layers plus the crust. Once you have made this dessert once, the preparation time is a little faster. The total time will not change much due to the time needed to refrigerate the pudding. Just remember, once you make this and take it to a party, every one will expect you to bring it to every get together.
