How to Make Quiche Lorraine (Ham Quiche)

Quiche Lorraine
Prepare the bases. Mix egg, cream and milk and whisk together. Season with little salt and pepper. Chop leeks and cook off in a saucepan. Chop ham and tomatoes and mix together. When leeks are cooked add to this. Place ham mixture in the base. Fill up with egg mixture and sprinkle the grated cheese over the quiche. Place to the pre heated oven. Leave in oven at 180°C for 20-25 mins until golden brown and egg mix has set. Serve with a nice green salad.

Leeks - 1

Cooked Ham - 100g

Tomatoes - 100g

Eggs - 2

Milk - 200ml

Cream - 50ml

Cheese - 50g (optional)

Salt, Pepper for taste
