How to Make Rain Alarm Circuit Using BC547 Transistor

Hii friend,

Today I am going to make a circuit of Simple rain alarm circuit using BC547 Transistor.This circuit is very easy to make.

Step 1: Take All Components As Shown Below

Components required -

(1.) Transistor - BC547 x1

(2.) LED - 3V x1

(3.) Buzzer x1

(4.) Battery - 9V x1

(5.) Battery clipper x1

(6.) PCB (2x1.5 inch)

Step 2: Circuit Diagram

Connect all components according to the circuit diagram.

Step 3: Make Pcb Like This

Make PCB like this as schematic is in circuit diagram.

Step 4: Connect Buzzer

Solder +ve pin of buzzer to emmiter pin of the transistor as solder in the picture.

Step 5: Connect LED

Next we have to connect LED to the circuit.

Solder +ve leg of LED to -ve pin of the Buzzer as shown in the picture.

Step 6: Connect Battery Clipper

Next solder Battery clipper wire to the circuit.

Solder +ve wire of battery clipper to collector pin of transistor and

-ve wire of battery clipper to -ve leg of LED as you can see in the picture.

Step 7: Connect Wires

Solder wires in collector and base pin of the transistor.

Step 8: Solder Collector and Base Wire in the Pcb

Now solder wires of base and collector of transistor to the PCB Board according to the circuit diagram.

Step 9: Connect Battery to the Circuit

Now our circuit is ready.

Step 10: Drop Water to the PCB Board

Drop some drop of water/when water will fall down on the PCB Board then we will observe that LED is glowing and Buzzer will give sound.

This type we can make rain alarm circuit using NPN transistor BC547.
