Introduction: How to Make Soybean Hummus

Steps

1 - Shell the beans and soak them overnight in water.

2 - Peel the skins off the beans

3 - Mash in a mortar and pestle.

4 - Add 2 tbsp oilive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tsp minced garlic, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 tsp cilantro

5 - Mix

6 - Serve with fresh veggies or pita bread or tortillas
