In the Doctor Who's The Impossible Astronaut episode the characters were given a mysterious and anonymous envelope. So I thought this would be cool to put a letter in to give to a fellow fan. However, I wanted the envelope to look as authentic as possible, which took a long time. Finding the same stamps took a while and making a large, custom "tardis" blue envelope was a bit difficult. Luckily, I found a great site where many awesome people used their skills and found the specific stamps.

So I made a few adjustments and put the stamps in a document for you to just print out, making this a simple project!

Here's the supplies you would need to make the Pond's envelope
-Tardis blue envelope
-Printer
-Paper
-Craft scissors with a jagged edge but a normal pair of scissors works just fine too!
-Glue stick
-Sliver sharpie

Estimated time: 10-15 minutes

Step 1: Step 1

Print stamps out .
You can also add an additional stamp if you'd like since mine has 1 less than the original does.
Although these stamps are not the exact same, they are practically similar to the ones on Amy and Rory's envelope.
*If you'd like a word document of these stamps to re-size them, just give me a message!

Step 2: Step 2

Cut the stamps out.
Craft scissors make the stamps seem more realistic but you can use normal scissors if you'd like.

Step 3: Step 3

Glue the stamps onto the envelope.
You can arrange them to be similar to the Pond's envelope.

Step 4: Step 4

Add your friend's address.
Using the silver sharpie, write their name and address on the front. On the back of the envelope, write a number to resemble the show's envelopes. Although the Pond's had a number 3, I wrote a 1 on the back instead.

Step 5: Finished!

You can put your letter in your envelope and give it to your friend! or keep it, whatever...
