Step 1: Materials Needed in Pony Beads Bracelet Patterns:

3MM Colorful Glass Beads

1MM Blue Wax Wire

0.8 MM Black Leather Cord


Step 2: Make a Sailor Knot for the Pony Bead Bracelet

1st, cut off four 80cm blue wax cords, keep every two wire as one strand, and fix the ends for convenient weaving;

2nd, tie a sailor knot as picture shows, remember don’t tighten too much;

Step 3:

3rd, cut off two 80cm black leather cords, slide 3mm glass beads on to each leather cord, the number of the beads depends on the sailor knots you made, you can match the colors as you like;

Step 4:

4th, place the beaded string along the sailor knot, and keep it between a strand (two blue wax wires) as picture shows, you can add or reduce beads to fix the sailor knot, do the other bead string in the same method, at last remember to adjust the size of pony bead sailor knot.

Step 5: Finish the Sailor Knot Bracelets With Pony Beads

1st, tie seven snake knots onto each end with one blue cord and one black cord as a strand, one blue cord and one black cord together as the working cord;

2nd, put all the cords together of both ends, then cut off another blue wax wire, and make sevensquare knots, cut off the extra cords and use a lighter to fix the end of the square knots if necessary, tie a knot at every end of cord.

    If I remember right, the "Sailors knot" is a Carrick Bend - and the one on the underside of the bracelet goes by many names...Cobra Weave, Portuguese Sennet to name but 2
