How to make a nutella souffle.
Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients
First preheat your oven to 400 degrees. Then gather your ingredients.
- 2 eggs (separated)
- 1/2 cup of nutella
- 2 tbsp of of sugar
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp of cream of tartar
Step 2: Getting the Egg Whites
In a large bowl, whisk the egg whites with the cream of tartar until they develop stiff peaks.Then set it aside.
Step 3: Getting the Egg Yolks
In another bowl, beat together the egg yolks and sugar until they are thick and pale.
Step 4: Adding the Nutella
Add the nutella, vanilla and salt and mix until you have a smooth creamy texture.
Step 5: Mixing It All Together
Them gently pour the egg white into the egg yolk bowl to loosen up the batter.
Step 6: Finally Done.
Then put them in the oven for about 20 minutes until you see it puffed up in the middle and then your done!
Step 7: Eat
Then you can eat the souffle. You can also add toppings if you want.
