How to Make a Transformable Coffee Dripper Without a Machine

Introduction: How to Make a Transformable Coffee Dripper Without a Machine

About: I am a Japanese inventor who is specializing in hairbrushes. I like making things with DIY. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2PggaysnpVM

This unique coffee dripper was made from rattan and transformable. I used the same technique when I made tableware (https://www.instructables.com/id/How-to-Make-Tableware-Without-a-Machine/).

Step 1: Preparation

I used 1.5mm-thick rattan strips and bolied them to make soft and reduce the scent of the rattan.

Step 2: Roll Up

I rolled up while the strips kept wet. After done to roll up, I polished the surface with sandpaper.

Step 3: Dye and Form

I dyed it with coffee to assimilate coffee stains by use and then formed a conical dripper.

Step 4: Now Enjoy!

That's really gorgeous! Have you noticed any difference in taste at all?

Thank you! The problem is I have no sense of taste… so I would like to ask coffee specialists about the taste.
