Introduction: How to Make a Tuna Sandwich

YOU WILL NEED:

Ingredients:
Tuna
Mayonaisse
Bread

Equipment:
Small soup bowl
Fork
Plate

We will first make the tuna mixture that we will later put between two slices of bread to create a sandwich.

Step 1:

Drain any liquid from the tuna.  Put 5 to 6 ounces of tuna in the soup bowl.

Step 2:

Put 2 tablespoons of mayonaisse and mix well with the tuna, breaking up and shredding any clumps of tuna.

Step 3:

Lay two slices of bread on a plate.  Put two small scoops of the tuna mixture on one of the slices.  Spread and level out the tuna mixture evenly until that slice is almost completely covered.

Step 4:

Put the other slice of bread on top of the tuna mixture.  Now your sandwich is complete and ready to eat.

    You're missing the most important detail- butter the bread thickly, to stop the tuna water soaking into the bread and giving you a soggy sammich!
