How to Mod Nerf Elite Bullets

First, You need a nerf elite bullet and a thumb tack.

Second take of the orange or green tip.

Step 3:

Now it should look like this.

Step 4:

Now, get your thumb tack Aline it just like so...

Step 5:

Now put the thumb tack in the bullet.

Step 6:
