Hello! Today I will teach your how to pick up a dog! For this Instructable you will need:

• Your hands (Make sure they look friendly so that the dog isn't encouraged to bite them off.)

• A dog (Most dogs work, but please don't confuse them with people, people don't take kindly to being picked up.)

Do you have them all? Good! Let's get started.

Step 1: Prepare Your Hands!

Make sure your hands are clean, so that way the dog doesn't confuse them for food. If you are convinced that your hands are actually food, consult your therapist immediately.

Step 2: Reach for the Dog!

Make sure the dog knows what's going on. My dog sounded like a baby lion who lost it's mother when I reached for him, but that's okay. The dog is most likely expressing their war cry. This is common in dog culture.

Step 3: Pick Up and Hold Your Dog!

Enjoy the comfort of your fluffy companion! Savor the five seconds you get, as the dog will most likely spring out of your arms, grow wings, and fly away (Depending on the breed).
