The most common problem in a USB mouse is the failure of the Scrolling wheel,
This problem occurs because of the oil residue and the dust that accumulates inside the encoder while using it.
to repair the Encoder all you need to do is:
- Disassemble the Mouse
- Disconnect the Scrolling Wheel
- Clean the encoder very well with a spray Cleaner
- Reassemble the mouse
- Test it
The repairing process is very easy and takes less than 10 minutes and in return you repair your mouse and prevent a perfectly functional device from becoming a plastic waste.
