Step 5: A working shower

DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor and if your headache is serious, you should see a doctor. Do not rely on this to treat serious and persistent headaches.

Step 1: Warm Water

You will need a small bucket for warm water or your bath tub. It will need to be big enough for your hands and feet.

Fill the bucket with warm water or start to fill your tub until it's high enough to submerge your hands and feet.

Step 2: Ice Pack

Next, get an ice pack or frozen peas or something from your freezer and wrap it in a small towel. Lean your head down and place it just above the back of your neck.

Step 3: Waiting

Make sure your hands and feet are in the warm water and your ice pack stays in place. Once your headache is gone, stay like that for about 5-10 minutes longer just to be safe.

Step 4: Move On

Move on with your day. Enjoy it headache free!

Step 5: Hot Shower

Hot showers are cures for the worst type of headache, migranes.

If you have a headache and you are up for standing, take a hot shower. It can also act as a decongestant and reduce anxiety among other things!
