Introduction: Strawberry Cake

Ingredients: 


Dough: 
6 eggs
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
Non-stick cooking spray

Cream 1:

1 egg
100 grams of butter
2 cans of condensed milk
2 cups of chopped strawberries
½ cup of sugar powder
Vanilla extract

Cream  2:

1 cup of heavy whipping cream

1 cup of sugar powder

Step 1:

Step 1: In a large bowl start mixing 6 eggs with a mixer.

Step 2:

Step 2: After about 15 minutes, start adding 2 cups of sugar. Don’t add all the sugar at once; gradually keep adding with a spoon.

Step 3:

Step 3: After you add all the sugar, start adding 2 cups of flour. Again, don’t add it all at once; use a spoon and keep mixing. Total mixing should add up to about an hour.

Step 4:

Step 4: Spray a round, deep pot with non-stick cooking spray and pour the mixture into the pot.

Step 5:

Step 5: Bake on 180 degrees for about an hour-an hour and a half.

Step 6:

While it’s baking…
Step 6: Sprinkle the powder on the chopped strawberries

Step 7:

Step 7: Use a mixer to mix the egg, butter, condensed milk and 3 drops of vanilla extract. Mix for about 10 minutes, then add 1 cup of strawberries. Mix everything together for about 10 more minutes.

Step 8:

Step 8: For the second cream, just take its ingredients and mix in a bowl until the mixture becomes fluffy.

Step 9:

Step 9: When the cake gets golden and ready, take out the pot and flip it onto a large plate.

Step 10:

Step 10: After it cools down, cut it in half through the middle.

Step 11:

Step 11: Add cream to the middle, then add the other cup of powdered strawberries and another layer of cream.

Step 12:

Step 12: Put the second piece on top, cover the whole thing with the white cream and decorate.
