Introduction: How to Clean Your 3d Printings.
So I just got a 3d printing from the internet that i ordered and i was confused , and i didn't knew how to clean it.After reading many posts about this i decided to make my own simple way. This model i got here is a gear ratio. It is not completely my design, but i made a certain changes.I am sorry i am not able to find the file because of the Hard Drive issues i have, but if i find it i will imediatly post it.Here is a simple explanation of what gear ratios do:
they increase or decrease a certain velocity trough the gears. When i'll put it togather i'll make a video and show you the principle of working.
Step 1: Materials and Tools
You'll be needing a couple of tools and materials you can find at home:
First of all the 3d printings.
For the holes you'll need a metal or a plastic rod (You can use a bolt).
A bucket with a hole.
And high pressure tap.
And that's all you'll need!
Step 2: First Stage
This is the first stage of this instructable.
To start with we need to take one peace of the 3d print and take the rod.The size of the rod needs to be same as the size of the holes in the print.we take the rod and put it in the holes. There will be a plastic dust coming out of the top. That's what we're trying to get rid of.Do this to all of the parts.
Step 3: Second Stage
This is the second stage of this instructable.
First of all you need to take the parts and put them in the bucket. Then open the tap and let the water go through them.Watch for the small parts, they can easily go through the bucket's hole! Now take one part at a time and wash them carefully.
This is the third and final stage of this instructable.
In this stage we need to dry the parts. We need to take one by one part and dry it with napkin or something else. After that we need to put the parts on a soft paper to dry out.I put them in my shipping box. That's all folks, i i'll help you in some way, this is my first instructable so be easy on me !
