Step 1:

Free download DVD-TO-SVCD and save it in your computer and t run it.

Step 2:

Click the "source" button to choose the DVD you want to copy and compress.

Step 3:

Click the "target" button to choose the location where to save the file you have copied and compressed and name it .

Step 4:

Click the "option" button to bring up the conditions setting dialog . There are several items to set.Default settings which can be found on the panel of the main window. They can be adjusted or changed manually according your needs. If you don't know what the setting means, its best to leave the defaults alone.
