Step 1: Step 1: Supplies
First things first is the supplies.
Here's a list of supplies i used plus some optional ones for a better finish or design:
T8 Torx screwdriver
Step 2: Step 2: Prepearing the Controller
The first thing to do is to remove the 7 screws from the back of the controller there are 3 on each side and one under a sticker on the inside of the battery pack.
The next thing to do is to remove the shell and the circuit bored.
The last thing to do is to remove all of the components ready for spray painting.
Step 3: Step 3: Spraying the Contoller
Now for the fun part, spray painting! If you have a shell then you spray paint the color of the designs you wont FIRST! Wait for the coat to dry then add more coats until its a good color.
Secondly to reassemble the controller, to put the designs on you wont with the tape. If you printed you designs, trace around the designs onto the tape and cut them out and stick them on.
Once that is done you will wont to spray the other color on, lightly at first so you get a good finish.
Step 4: Step 4: Reassembleing and Playing!
Lastly is to reassemble the controller by putting all of the components back in and screwing the screws back in.
Then test the controller and then play with your new custom painted controller!
