Take a plate of spaghetti.

If you're not lactose intolerant, this is highly recommended for better taste.
Step 2: Get a Fork
Always handy when you need to eat, not only for this meal, can be used with any meal.
Step 3: Get a Spoon
This step is optional, if you don't like spoons you can always use a knife.
Step 4: Mixing
Mix the sauce, pasta and cheese.
Step 5: The Eating Part
Spin some pasta on to your fork by using your spoon. This might be the most difficult part, for most people it might take some practice, hang in there.
Step 6: Final Part
Continue doing this until your plate looks like this. If you'd like an other portion, repeat these steps if not, go clean your plate.
