How to Enable TelNet

Step 1: Go to start  then control panel
Step 2: Click "Programs"
Step 3: Click "Turn Windows Features on or off" (For this you will need Admin Rights)
Step 4: Scroll Down Untill you See "Telnet Client"
Step 5 : Tick The box and apply
