You need you hair

Step 1:

my hair was only 13.5 inches long and i hated it so I'm going to show you how it grow it faster, using the inversion method.

Step 2:

You just tip your head upside down and massage your scalp, you can do this with wet or dry hair.
massage it for 4 minutes exactly.
you wonder why because the more blood flow to your head the faster your hair grows.

Step 3:

Well I did this for 2 weeks and the result was 15.5 inches.
I grow 2 inches in 2 weeks, and I'm going to continue doing this.
I hope you find this useful:)

Please help. My hair has always been my
pride and joy. I figured since it is pretty damn healthy, it could deal with
some bleach damage. And I figured the master stylist who did all the
color-corrections would know how much would be too much. I was wrong, and now I
want to burst into tears every time I look at my hair or touch it. I just don't
know what to do. My hair has also NEVER been shorter than this and it breaks
and falls out. What should I do to regrow hair?

I did it differently. I used two tablespoons of Coconut Oil the first day, and two tablespoons of Olive Oil (which smelled kinda bad, but I had it in a towel for a little while) and I put it through my hair. I left my head hanging upside down for about four minutes. I left it in for two hours, and I suggest it. It feels awful, but after you wash it out. Oh, man. My hair is so soft and it never gets tangled! Ever! Its so cool! And i grew an inch in two days. Well, two and a half. :) This is amazing!!!!

No, I always wah my hair after, and your hair doesn't care if its dirty or clean so I always do it on dirty hair anyway.

Did you use Coconut Oil and Olive oil at the same day ? Or did you mix the Olive Oil and the Coconut Oil ? Is it okay if I do this everyday ?

Hi I recently trimmed my fringe which you should never do and it's about 2 cm long now,
How long does the oil have to stay
    In for?

Hi. Do you use both oils both days or everyday? I'm thinking of trying this because yesterday I wound up with a bad haircut and I'd just like to know So I can try this. I've heard lots of good things about the oils and leaving your head upside down for 4 minutes. Thank you. :)

I left it down. I did use a towel for about five minutes to soak up the excess oil, but not longer for that.

I ended up washing it every day, or every other day. I know you are technically not supposed to do that, but I did. And I didn't massage it either. I just hung it upside down.
