If like me, you have no bread machine, no stand mixer, and no love for doughy hands or floury counter top, this is the best system for hand-kneading bread dough!! Use lightly oiled plastic wrap or plastic bag. Works especially well for small batch of dough.
Aside from easy cleaning, the biggest benefit of this method is that you don't add any more flour to the dough. Using too much flour during kneading is a common beginner's mistake. Dry dough = dry bread.
