How to Make a Delicious Power Salad - I Made It at Techshop Detroit!


This isn't your ordinary salad.  With nuts, salsa, corn chips, and dressing, this is a delicious power meal for any time of the day.

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients!

You will need:

Salad Greens
3/4 cups salsa
1/4 cup shelled, roasted, sunflower seeds.
1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips
dressing (to taste)

Step 2: Rinse Your Greens.

Give your salad greens a little rinse to remove dirt and bugs.

Step 3: Mix, Toss, and Enjoy!

  Mix your ingredients in a salad bowl.  Put the dry ingredients in after the wet so they get caught in the dressing and don't all sift down to the bottom.
