Introduction: How to Make Curry Powder
I love Curry Powder I use it for almost anything Noodles, Curries, and Stews. But the price adds up so here's a way to make curry powder with using less money, and besides I think this recipe tastes better than the store - bought version anyway.

Step 1: You Will Need
1 tablespoon Coriander
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
1 teaspoon Tumeric
1 teaspoon Cardamom
1/4 Teaspoon Cloves
Step 2: Method
1. Put the coriander, cumin seeds and cloves in a saucepan. Heat for 5 minutes on medium heat.
2. Take the coriander, cumin seeds and cloves out of the saucepan and put into a mortar and pestle, and mix until the spices didstort to powder.
3. Put the coriander, cumin seeds and cloves into a bottle along with the cinnamon, tumeric, cayenne pepper and cardamom, put the lid on the bottle and shake well until all the spices are mixed.
4. Put the mixture in a jar and store at room temperature.
