Step 1: Download This Pattern and Print It Out in A4 Size Paper.
Step 2: Cut It Out
Step 3: Glue This Pattern Onto the Blue Art Paper With the White Glue.
Step 4: Cut 4 Lines in the 4 Corners.
Step 5: Fold Like This Picture.
Step 6: Cut a Miss La Sen ‘s Head and Glue Like This.
Step 7: Use a Zinc Wire to Go Through the Center of the Pinwheel.
Step 8: Cut the Paper Rectangle Like This
Step 9: Use the Pliers to Make a Round at the Top of the Zinc Wire.
Step 10: Roll the Rectangle Into a Pipe to Hold a Distance Between the Holder of the Pinwheel and the Pinwheel in Order That It Can Rotate.
Step 11: Pierce the Zinc String Into the Holder and Twist the String Around the Holder
Step 12: Done. You Have Miss La Sen Pinwheel.
Step 13: Leave It Where There Is Wind, the Pinwheel Will Rotate
